ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO – Northbound Coors Bypass Road NW is closed at Eagle Ranch Road after a water main break Tuesday morning. The break happened just north of Eagle Ranch, near Cottonwood Mall, according to the Albuquerque Bernalillo County Water Utility Authority.
Crews with the Water Authority are on scene assessing the damage and making repairs. The closure is affecting traffic in the area, and drivers are being directed to use alternate routes until the road can safely reopen.
The Water Authority says customers in the surrounding neighborhoods may experience low water pressure or temporary service interruptions while the line is repaired. No timeline has been released for when repairs will be complete or when the northbound lanes will reopen.
