Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) –He could face over one hundred years in prison. The Bernalillo County DA’s office announced on Wednesday a jury convicted Skye Balboa of seven counts of criminal sexual penetration of a child under the age of 13. Balboa was also found guilty for intimidation of a witness. The abuse first happened when the girl was about five years old and continued for years. Balboa could get up to 129 years in prison at sentencing. A sentencing date has not yet been scheduled.
