Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) – Freezing temperatures will continue Monday night into Tuesday morning according to the National Weather Service in Albuquerque.
Low temperatures will fall into the single-digits for many areas of the state. Santa Fe could see temperatures well below freezing with lows between 11 to 17 degress.
Wind chills could feel like 1 below zero. Tuesday’s high will be in the lower 40’s.
For the Albuquerque Metro including Rio Rancho, freezing with lows in the teen’s between 13 and 19 degrees. Tuesday will be slightly warmer with high’s in the mid-40’s.
The East Mountains, will also have temperatures in the teens and near 40 for a high on Tuesday.
Residents are reminded to that with freezing temperatures tonight and into tomorrow morning, remember to keep pipes from freezing by allowing the faucets to drip and do not leave pets outside.
