Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) –A Metro Court judge has ruled that actor and director Timothy Busfield will remain behind bars without bond pending a District Court hearing that is set to take place within 5 days.. Busfield surrendered to Albuquerque Police Tuesday after an arrest warrant was issued last week. The 68-year-old faces two counts of criminal sexual contact of a minor and one count of child abuse. The charges stem from allegations involving two young boys on the set of the TV series The Cleaning Lady.
