Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) – Police in Mountainair are investigating the death of a man who had been missing since December 30th. Town officials say the body of Albert Peña has been found.
Peña is reported to be the brother-in-law of Albuquerque City Councilor Klarissa Peña.
Authorities are treating the case as a homicide and anyone with information is asked to contact Mountainair police.
