Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) –The Albuquerque Isotopes announced today (Wed) a new General Manager and the first female to head a professional baseball organization in Albuquerque. Chrissy Baines assumes the role of GM after long-time Topes manager, John Traub announced he would step away from the day to day operations and become Team President. Baines joined the Isotopes in 2004 and worked her way from Retail Operations to Box Office management to Assistant GM of Baseball Operations in 2015. Baines stated she is proud of the work that has gotten the team to where it is today and will continue to make it a great source of pride for this community.
