Clovis, NM (KKOB) – Police in Clovis are investigating the shooting death of a 15-year-old boy.
Officers responded to a call around 3:30 yesterday afternoon about a teenager who had been shot. When they arrived, they found the boy with gunshot wounds. He was rushed to Plains Regional Medical Center, but doctors were unable to save him. The Clovis Major Crimes Unit is now leading the investigation. Authorities have not released the victim’s name or any information about possible suspects.
The circumstances surrounding the shooting remain under investigation.
