ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO – Bernalillo County and its partners are bringing back the “Take A Ride on Us” program to help residents get home safely during New Year’s celebrations.
From 10 a.m. Monday, Dec. 29, through midnight Saturday, Jan. 3, residents in Bernalillo, Sandoval, and Santa Fe counties can claim up to $10 off two Uber rides by entering the code NMNYE25 in the Uber app under the vouchers section.
The offer is limited to 2,500 rides on a first-come, first-served basis and applies only to Uber rides—not Uber Eats—and does not cover tips.
Since launching in 2017, the program has provided more than 80,000 safe rides during holidays. Partners include Bernalillo County Behavioral Health Services, Sandoval and Santa Fe County DWI programs, Cumulus Media Albuquerque, Sandia Resort and Casino, Glasheen Valles and Inderman Injury Lawyers, and the New Mexico Department of Transportation.
