ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – New Mexico State Police are investigating a deadly pedestrian incident involving a Rail Runner Express train.
Authorities say a man was struck and killed yesterday evening near Indian School and Second Street. The crash happened just before 6 p.m.
Albuquerque Fire and Rescue initially responded to reports of a train derailment but discovered the victim had been hit by the train.
No identification has been released at this time.
