Albuquerque, NM(KKOB)- Changes are coming to nine of ABQ Ride’s bus routes beginning December 13th. ABQ Ride Forward updates routes and service and for the first time in 25 years, riders will see an increase in service such as buses available on Sundays. One example is Route 53, which serves Isleta Blvd to Downtown. Buses on this route will now run seven days a week, by adding Sunday service to the route. However, Route 36 which runs from 12th St to Griegos will be discontinued and replaced by ABQ Ride Connects Rio Grande Service Zone.
