Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) — The man accused of running down a University of Mexico hospital pediatric nurse has pleaded not guilty. 43-year old Brian Boyce pled not guilty to vehicular homicide and other related charges. Body cam footage shows the car Boyce was allegedly driving hit and killed Alec Montoya has he was walking to work on Lomas. Footage just before the crash shows a car believed to be driven by Boyce weaving in and out of traffic. Prosecutors say he was driving more than 70-miles an hour. He will remain behind bars till his trial date.
