Santa Fe, NM (KKOB) – Today residents around New Mexico will have a chance to comment on the proposed sale of Public Service Company of New Mexico to Blackstone Infrastructure.
A virtual comment session will happen today between 3 and 7 p.m. on the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission YouTube channel. https://www.youtube.com/@nmprc_om1072
Those who register to attend the meeting via Zoom will have a chance to speak and priority will be given to those who previously registered last week. Public comments can’t be longer than 3 minutes.
PNM and TXNM Energy are asking the commissoin to approve the acquisition by Troy ParentCo which is a subsidiary of Blackstone Infrastructure and if approved would be the new owner of PNM.
Additional in-person and virtual hearings are also planned, including an in-person session in Albuquerque on Feb. 17, from 3-7 p.m.
