ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO – A pedestrian was hospitalized Monday afternoon after being struck by a Railrunner train in Albuquerque.
According to New Mexico State Police, the collision occurred around 12:45 p.m. in the area of Menaul Boulevard NE and Broadbent Parkway NE. Emergency crews responded and transported the injured pedestrian to a hospital. Authorities have not released the person’s condition or identity.
Investigators remained at the scene to determine what led to the collision. Railrunner service in the area may experience delays as the investigation continues.
