Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) –Seven organizations across NM have received a combined $3.15 million in grant funding from Housing NM’s Housing Innovation Program this year. The program addresses housing needs not being served through existing Housing New Mexico programs and includes money for the City of Las Cruces for the Mesilla Valley Community of Hope day shelter, Greater Albuquerque Habitat for Humanity and HopeWorks for renovations to its day shelter in Albuquerque. Thirty-three eligible organizations have received grants from the program since its inception in 2023.
