Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) – The Albuquerque woman arrested after a road rage incident on Wyoming and Constitution that went viral, will remain in jail as the case was sent to District Court.
Jenipher Lewis remains in jail this morning charged with child abuse, reckless driving and driving with a suspended license. Lewis was taking her children to school when the road rage incident happened. Lewis is seen on video breaking the back window of a white pickup with a baseball bat. The driver of the truck then crashed his vehicle into Lewis’ SUV once entering the intersection.
The pickup driver has still not been arrested because the vehicle didn’t have a license plate.
The District Attorney Office says more charges could still be coming.
