Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) — ABQ RIDE is once again teaming up with the UNM Foundation to help students gear up for the new school year. The city’s second annual “Stuff the Bus” school supply drive is set for August 29 at the Hinkle Fun Center and Flix Brewhouse parking lot near Tramway and Indian School. Organizers hope to fill a 40-foot city bus with donated items including pens, calculators, rulers, and other classroom supplies for Albuquerque Public Schools students. Last year’s event filled a Sun Van, and organizers say they’re aiming even higher this year.
