Bernalillo County Deputies are seeking the public’s help in finding missing retired major general William Neil McCasland who was last seen on Friday morning near Quail Run Court NE in Albuquerque. A silver alert was issued by BCSO due to McCasland’s medical issues and concerns for his safety. He was a long-time leader at Kirtland AFB and former commander of the Phillips Research site. Anyone with information on McCasland is asked to call the sheriff’s office.
