Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) –The Department of Finance and Administration announced today that a total of $38 million is heading to community projects in all counties across NM. The state funding comes under the Government Results and Opportunity program created by the Legislature in 2024. GRO is a performance based fund for pilot programs and community initiatives awarded over two year periods. Community projects reflect local priorities and range from youth summer programs, behavioral health, senior center meal sites, victim services and more. The Department of Finance and Administration partners with local governments to distribute the funds and support receiving organizations.
