Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) –The maximum sentence allowed under NM law has been handed down to Alberto Villanueva. Villanueva pretended to be the uncle of a 15 year old girl he brought to NM from Honduras. He sexually assaulted the girl for several months in 2021. Villanueva was found guilty of numerous charges in March and was sentenced yesterday to 69 years in prison.
