Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) –One person is in custody and a 13 year old boy is in critical but stable condition at a Lubbock hospital after a drive by shooting in Clovis. Officers arrested 23 year old Jesus Mandujano on Sunday after he fired shots in a drive by attack on Reed Street early Saturday. One of the bullets hit the 13 year old who was attending a party at the location. Mandujano is charged with shooting at or from a motor vehicle and possession of a firearm by a felon.
