Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) –The Beehive Fire started Friday in the Carson National Forest and is growing northwest of Tres Piedras. The fire has burned over 2200 acres and there is no containment as this time. About 200 firefighters are attacking the blaze. No evacuations have been ordered at this time. The Carson National Forest will move to Stage Two fire restrictions tomorrow, June 30. Stage two restrictions include among other things, Building, maintaining, attending or using a fire, campfire, charcoal, coal, or stove fire. No smoking or using fireworks, explosives or incendiary devices.
