ALBUQUERQUE, NM – Animal Humane New Mexico is gearing up for its annual Doggie Dash & Dawdle event, set for March 15 at Balloon Fiesta Park. The fundraiser is one of the organization’s largest yearly events, helping support programs that provide care and find homes for homeless pets across the state.
Participants can choose between a 5K run or a 1‑mile walk. The event also features a vendor row with local artisans, a canine carnival, and a variety of dog-friendly contests throughout the day. Animal Humane New Mexico will also have adoptable shelter pets on site.
In addition to the activities, attendees can enjoy a beer garden and other food and drink options available at the park.
