Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) –The CRIT UNIT of the Valencia County Sheriff’s Office announced yesterday it was granted a search warrant on a property in the 600 block of Wanda Ct in Los Lunas. The months long investigation was targeting Anthony Martinez. VCSO, Los Lunas PD and other law enforcement detained several individuals at the home without incident. Authorities found cash, fentanyl, methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia in the home. Martinez was charged with three counts of trafficking, conspiracy, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Also charged, Ruben Vegara-Garcia with conspiracy, resisting, evading or obstructing an officer and also on an outstanding warrant. Ashley Ortiz was also arrested on an outstanding felony arrest warrant.
