Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) – An Albuquerque woman who was arrested for stealing thousands of dollars in makeup and other merchandise from Coronado Center back in 2023, was sentenced to serve 7 years in prison for her crimes. Marileysi Campos and two accomplices stole thousands of dollars’ worth of merchandise from Sephora in 2023.
In 2024, she pleaded guilty to Organized Retail Crime in connection with the theft, then In April, Campos violated the terms of her probation by failing to complete court-ordered counseling and tested positive for illegal drugs.
As a result, the court revoked her probation and imposed the seven-year sentence.
