Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) –A major retail hub is finally coming to UNM’s south campus. The transaction of the sale of property owned by UNM to Arizona based developer SimonCRE closed Tuesday. The list of tenants expected to come to the Lobo Crossing Shopping Center include Sierra, HomeGoods, Marshalls, Michaels, Boot Barn among other stores. Target will top the list of tenants. Lobo Development Corporation has been working with SimonCRE for about two years on the project. The developer plans to break ground on the project this month.
