Albuquerque,NM (KKOB) – APD homicide detectives are investigating a fatal stabbing that happened just after 4:00 a.m., Sunday in the area of the 400 block of Copper Ave. NW.
According to police, when officers arrived they located a male dead at the scene who had injuries consistent with being stabbed.
Homicide detectives were call-out and are continuing their investigation.
No other details have been provided by police.
