Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) – A Man who slashed a little girl with a beer bottle at an Albuquerque pizza parlor near the University of New Mexico, will spend the next 12 years in prison.
Nicholas San Souci pled guilty to one count of 1st degree child abuse and one count of 3rd degree child abuse among other charges in connection to the attack that happened on April 2025, where San Souci smashed a beer bottle over the child’s head and slashed her neck.
The girl was waiting to order food with her family when the attack happend and she received several lacerations requiring 19 stitches.
San Souci will also serve three years probation following the 12 year sentence.
