Albuquerque, NM(KKOB)- 5 people are hospitalized including 4 adults and 1 juvenile following a shooting at a house party in Southwest Albuquerque early Sunday morning.
The Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office was called to a home around 2:45 a.m. about shots fired in the area of Blake Rd SW and Coors Blvd SW.
When deputies arrived, they made contact with several people at the scene and located victims suffering from gunshot wounds.
At this time, five victims were transported to local hospitals, including one juvenile and four adults. Their conditions are currently unknown.
The scene has been secured and BCSO detectives are actively investigating the circumstances that led up to the shooting.
Because this is a very early and active investigation, additional details are limited at this time. According to the Sheriff’s Office, detectives are continuing to work to determine exactly what occurred and identify everyone involved.
