LOS RANCHOS DE ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — A Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office investigation temporarily shut down Chavez Road NW at Rio Grande Boulevard NW on Sunday afternoon.
Deputies responded to the area around 1 p.m. on August 17, where a man was found dead inside a vehicle. Officials now believe the man may have died of natural causes, though the investigation remains active.
The road closure lasted several hours as authorities worked the scene. No further details have been released at this time.
