ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Residents in Bernalillo, Sandoval, and Santa Fe counties will once again have access to discounted Uber rides during Labor Day weekend through the “Take A Ride on Us” program.
The initiative will run from 10 a.m. Friday, Sept. 4, through 2 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 8, providing transportation credits to help residents travel throughout the holiday weekend.
Participants can open the Uber app and enter the voucher code NMLD26 to receive a credit of up to $10 off two rides.
Organizers say a total of 2,500 discounted rides will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The program was created in 2017 by Cumulus Media Albuquerque and has since provided more than 84,000 rides throughout the Albuquerque metro area.
The initiative is supported through a partnership involving Cumulus Media Albuquerque, Bernalillo County, Sandoval County, Santa Fe County, Glasheen, Valles & Inderman Injury Lawyers, Sandia Resort & Casino, and ENDWI.
How to Use the Credit
- Open the Uber app.
- Navigate to the “Vouchers” section.
- Enter code NMLD26.
- Receive up to $10 off two rides while credits remain available.
