Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) – A student has been arrested at Central New Mexico Community College following reports of threats made on campus. According to CNM, the student was overheard making threats of violence, prompting an immediate response from campus security. School officials say security officers located the student and, during their investigation, found a firearm. The student was detained by CNM security until officers with the Albuquerque Police Department arrived and took the individual into custody. Authorities have not released the student’s identity, any potential charges, or additional details about the threats. APD is continuing to investigate the incident, and no injuries were reported.
