Santa Fe, NM (KKOB) – 23-year old Ana Reyes is in the Santa Fe County Detention center charged with Homicide by vehicle following an early-morning fatal vehicle crash that occurred near the intersection of Agua Fria Street and Cottonwood Drive.
Sunday morning around 2 a.m., Santa Fe Police Patrol Team C and the DWI Unit responded to a crash involving a vehicle and a pedestrian.
The pedestrian was immediately transported to a local hospital, where he later died. The identity of the victim is pending notification of next of kin.
The driver, identified as Ana Reyes, of Santa Fe, according to officers showed to have signs of impairment and was suspected of dwi.
