Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) –Investigators say a local man is facing charges after he stockpiled guns, ammunition, cash and a stolen car to help an inmate escape jail. Crisantos Garcia, a suspected West Side Locos gang member and convicted felon is identified as planning to help inmate Dakota Briscoe escape from jail this month.
