Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) – A man who killed a woman last year during a robbery in what prosecutors called a revenge killing, has been sentenced to spend the next 32 years in prison .
Noe Vega was sentenced for shooting and killing Valerie Gabaldon in northwest Albuquerque on 57th St. NW.
Vega pleaded guilty to second-degree murder and armed robbery earlier this year.
Vega told detectives he shot Gabaldon and stole her cash because her boyfriend had stolen money and drugs from him.
