Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) –The Bernalillo County Treasurer’s Office is helping property owners review their upcoming 2026 property tax bills with a “Know Your Tax Bill” initiative. Informational tools on the county treasurers website will explain the different components of a property tax bill and how they contribute to a property owner’s overall property taxes. Property owners will find a video and an interactive pdf that shows a sample tax bill. Bernalillo County Treasurer Tim Eichenberg says his office just wants to make sure constituents understand how their bill is calculated rather than simply accepting the amount they owe.” To find the tax bill information just head to bernco.gov slash treasurer.
