Moriarty, NM (KKOB) – An Albuquerque man is in jail after he was arrested for shooting from his gun from inside a moving box truck along the interstate near Albuquerque.
According to state police, 27-year old Jacob Gonzalez-Sotelo is charged with shooting at or from a motor vehicle, criminal damage to property and negligent use of a deadly weapon.
The incident was reported to police by the driver’s employer who found bullet damage to one of its company vehicles.
Thanks to in-cab camera video, it showed Gonzalez-Sotelo pointing a gun out the passenger-side window and firing multiple rounds while driving on Interstate 40 near Moriarty. Fortunately no one was injured.
