Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) — More than $50,000 in stolen property has been recovered in northern New Mexico, and investigators are trying to return those items to their owners. The Los Alamos Police Department says the recovery is part of a broader investigation into a string of burglaries across multiple counties and nearby federal lands. So far, more than 70 charges have been filed against two suspects—Nehemiah Hillhouse and Gunner Stacy. Police say additional charges may be filed as more victims come forward and items are identified. Anyone who may have been impacted, especially near Jemez Springs, is encouraged to contact authorities to see if their property has been recovered.
