Albuquerque, NM(KKOB)- An Albuquerque man is facing more than 70 years in prison after being convicted Wednesday afternoon of sexual abusing a girl who was 5-years old when the abuse began.
29-year old Michael Ontiveros was found guilty of four counts of sexual abuse charges of a child under the age of 13. Court records indicate that the abuse began when she was only 5 years old. Ontiveros family was friends with the girls family and he would get the girl alone and sexually abuse her.
No sentencing date has been set.
