Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) — Warming temperatures and an increase in moisture move into the state at the start of this week. By Wednesday, cloud cover and the likelihood of rain will increase, with more widespread showers and thunderstorms expected across portions of New Mexico. Thursday and Friday are forecast to be the wettest days, as moisture moves into the region and brings periods of moderate to heavy rainfall. Some storms could produce strong wind gusts and localized flash flooding, especially in low-lying areas, arroyos, and locations with poor drainage.
