Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) — Pizza lovers in Albuquerque will soon have a new option inspired by the Windy City. A father-and-son team is opening Windy City Pizzeria, featuring Chicago-style deep-dish pizza, thin-crust tavern-style pizza, and other Midwest favorites. The restaurant is under construction at 4000 Louisiana Northeast and is expected to open in November. Owners say the goal is to bring an authentic Chicago pizza experience to Albuquerque.
