Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) –After years of complaints from some residents speed and noise cameras are coming to the city of Santa Fe. The new cameras will ticket speeders going over 5 miles per hour and will ticket loud vehicles with excessive noise. Three cameras will be on the north side of Santa Fe and three on the south side. The locations for the cameras are currently set for Jaguar Drive, Zia Road, Camino Carlos Rey, Siringo Road and Galisteo. The cameras will be mobile and will not take the place of officer patrol but will add additional support to the department. Installation of the cameras will happen in August and the city will have a 30 day warning period before fines are issued to drivers
