Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) – AT&T customers across New Mexico are reporting phone service outages, since just after 11 p.m. Tuesday night, according to the website Down Detector.
Many customers are seeing the SOS icon on their phones, indicating no service. AT&T says the outage was caused by a transport failure.
The estimated repair time is around 2-2:30 p.m. for many places. The initial cause is widely listed as transport failure. 911 emergency calls can still be made during the outage.
