Las Cruces, NM (KKOB) – The sentencing dates for the four men found guilty in the 2025 Young Park mass shooting in Las Cruces have been set.
The first sentence will happen later this month, as Thomas Rivas is scheduled to be sentenced on July 31.
Gustavo Dominguez has a motion hearing scheduled for Sept. 2. If that motion is denied, his sentencing hearing will be Sept. 11.
Josiah Ontiveros is set for sentencing Sept. 30.
Nathan Rivas is set for sentencing Oct. 9.
The shooting killed Dominick Estrada, Andrew Madrid and Jason Gomez, and injured at least 14 others.
