Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) – A boarded up single story apartment building went up in flames early Friday morning at around 12:42a.m.
Albuquerque Fire Rescue was dispatched to 146 Wisconsin NE and when first units arrived they reported smoke and fire coming from a window.
AFR reported that there were signs of unauthorized entry to the building but searches were negative.
The fire was brought under control within 20 minutes of their arrival and damage to the structure was mostly contained to the apartment of origin. The cause of the fire was ruled accidental.
No injuries were reported. The City Code Enforcement Unit was called to secure the building.
