Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) –An update on The Line Fire burning in Quay County. Evacuations have been lifted for the community of Nara Visa as fire crews were able to beat back flames and protect the town. The fire has burned an estimated 20,000 acres and containment is now at 25%. Crews are working to restore downed power lines in the area and fire crews will now focus on containing the fire’s northern edge. The cause of the fire was due to lightening.
