ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — A local business says a theft reported last week remains unresolved as it prepares to open a new location.
Hollow Spirits Distillery reports that approximately 100 feet of steel fencing stolen overnight from its Eubank site has not yet been recovered. Owners say the missing fencing has left the property exposed during a critical phase of preparations ahead of opening.
The company estimates the theft represents a significant financial loss and says efforts are ongoing to secure the site while the investigation continues. Hollow Spirits is still asking for the public’s help and encourages anyone who may have seen suspicious activity in the area to come forward with information.
Despite the setback, the distillery says its plans to open the new location remain on track and that the incident will not delay progress.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Hollow Spirits directly.
