Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) — Meta has purchased a 474-acre parcel next to its existing data center in Los Lunas, closing the deal in late December. The acquisition was brokered by CBRE and connects to a $7.5 billion industrial revenue bond approved in February 2025 to support expansion. The land, already zoned for data center use, is expected to house next-generation facilities, although Meta’s specific plans haven’t been announced.
