Albuquerque, N.M. — Organizers have released final attendance and participation figures for the 53rd ExxonMobil Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta, held October 4–12, 2025.
This year’s event featured:
- 537 registered hot air balloons, including 103 special shapes—11 of them new to the Fiesta
- 651 registered pilots
- 90 remote-control balloons
- An estimated 851,994 guest visits
- 210,000 viewers on Balloon Fiesta Live
- 810 registered media representatives from 138 media organizations
- Participation from 12 countries and 41 U.S. states
Of the 14 scheduled sessions, 13 were completed, with one Thursday evening session canceled due to weather.
More than 1,000 volunteers, known as Navigators, supported the event across more than 40 operational areas.
