ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Albuquerque Police are turning away incoming traffic from Balloon Fiesta Park after parking reached full capacity.
APD’s Traffic Unit says drivers who are not already at the field should avoid the area. Officers are redirecting vehicles to help manage congestion around the park.
