Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) –The NM Department of Transportation is set to begin a roadway rehabilitation project in western NM. New pavement will be put down on I-40 west of Grants. Crews will be working on the east and westbound lanes between mile markers 54 to 63. Work will be done between 7am and 7pm, Monday through Friday. Drivers should expect minor delays through the area. Drivers are reminded to slow down, use caution and stay off your phones in the work zone. All work is expected to be completed by mid-October depending on the weather.
